His notable roles include working with KiplePay, Samsung Electronics, Huawei Mobile, MigMe, and Hakuhodo Inc, covering both B2B and B2C segments.

Over the past 15 years, Ricky has focused on mobile and e-commerce technology, developing a strong foundation in digital transformation, platform businesses, payments, eMoney, and fintech. He has crafted digital-first product strategies for startups, government entities, and enterprises.

Before joining Bullionaire International, Ricky led KiplePay, a rapidly growing eMoney and fintech solutions firm licensed by BNM (Malaysia’s Central Bank) from 2016 to 2024. Under his leadership, KiplePay launched significant projects for major clients such as FAMA, NCER, Agro Bank, and several others. The company processed an average of RM1 billion annually during his tenure as CEO.

Ong Koon Long earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia, in 1999. He has been a Certified Practising Accountant Australia member since 2003, a chartered member of the Institute of Internal Auditors since 2005, and a certified internal auditor with the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia since 2009.

With nearly two decades of experience in Finance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Compliance, he has held regional roles in internal audit, risk management, and compliance within multinational corporations and listed companies on Bursa Malaysia.

Currently, he consults on ESG and Shariah ESG matters for several public listed companies, helping them align with Malaysia’s regulatory vision for ESG compliance.

ARVIND NAIR

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

With extensive expertise in financial performance management, investment valuation, and stakeholder relations, Arvind Nair serves as the Group CFO (Investment Holding and Health Tech) for DVE Sapta Group. He leads new investment ventures and financial feasibility analyses and is pivotal in optimising budgeting activities and risk management strategies for the group since 2020.

Previously, Arvind held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Malaysiakini Group where he oversaw group financial and strategy matters. During his time, Arvind reengineered the Group’s overall processes, implemented Business Investment Process as a culture, and successfully concluded three major collaborative partnership for new revenue verticals. All these led to shaping the company’s growth initiatives.

In addition to financial oversight, Arvind has developed a strong foundation in managing both operational and strategic goals, ensuring long-term growth and success for organisations such as Niagalab Dagangan Sdn Bhd, Maxis Communications Berhad, Hewlett Packard Malaysia, Measat Broadcast Network Services, Proton Edar Sdn Bhd, and KPMG.

A highly accomplished Chartered Accountant and a proud member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) since 2000, Puan Saniza Said is a Bachelor of Accountancy graduate from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM, Shah Alam) and a Master of Business Administration from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). She began her auditing career in 1997 as an audit associate.

In September 2022, Pn Saniza was elected as a Council Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and later on, Vice President in 2023. Currently, Pn Saniza chairs the Small and Medium Practice (SMP) Committee at MIA and serves on both the Public Practice and Taxation Committees. Her extensive involvement extends to memberships with ASEAN CPA, MICPA, MATA (Persatuan Akauntan Cukai Malaysia), AMCAF (Association of Malay Chartered Accountant Firms), and SUTERA (Persatuan Setiausaha Bumiputra Utara). With over 26 years of experience in audit, tax audit, tax compliance, and business consultancy, she has made significant contributions to the accounting profession.

A highly respected figure in the Malaysian gold and jewelry industry with over 40 years of experience, Max Ang Choong Kheng has made significant contributions to the growth and development of the industry, both locally and internationally. Throughout his career, he has held several key leadership positions, including serving as the Chairman of the Province Wellesley Gold and Silver Ornament Merchants Association from 2011 to 2014, and as the Chairman of the Penang Goldsmith Association from 2017 to 2020. Under his leadership, both associations saw remarkable advancements in promoting industry standards and fostering collaboration among gold and jewellery businesses.

Ang continues to serve as an advisor to both associations. He has also been appointed as an advisor for Bullionaire International Sdn Bhd, where his wealth of experience and industry expertise will support the company’s strategic direction in the evolving gold bullion industry.
